- Write and execute preventative maintenance contracts for HVAC systems throughout campus, cafeteria equipment, emergency power generators
- Oversee general laborer/grounds crew and custodial crews
- Provide operations and maintenance technical input for new construction
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Manage temperature and humidity in critical spaces like laboratories, a library, and film archives
