• Write and execute preventative maintenance contracts for HVAC systems throughout campus, cafeteria equipment, emergency power generators
• Oversee general laborer/grounds crew and custodial crews
• Provide operations and maintenance technical input for new construction
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Manage temperature and humidity in critical spaces like laboratories, a library, and film archives
