Scope: Construction management services for the new Asian Tropical Forest Elephant Facility at the Honolulu Zoo

• Tracked project documents including submittals, RFI’s, and pay estimates from Contractor
• Processed change orders and force account work for changes to scope of work made by Owner or proposed by Contractor
• Wrote detailed reports for Client to convey status and progress of project
